Take one tablespoon per day mixed into food, juice or water. Start with one teaspoon and slowly build up to help your system adjust gently.

Effective

This is one of my favourite products/supplements of all time. It is so effective for bowel health and clearing skin. Literally cured my IBS stomach issues that I’d suffered with for over 25 years. First 3 or so weeks can be a bit rough as the body clears out all the bad things but then the results are brilliant!

I feel better when I take this daily, my skin looks better too; clear and healthy looking.

Won’t be without it now.
