Awful customer service.

Skinmart aren’t concerned about client retention or customer satisfaction.

Their return policy is a facade and they asked me to “prove” that I didn’t open an item I had received.

After multiple emails back and forth, and a lack of faith in a loyal client, they have left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never purchase from skinmart again. Disappointed with their lack of customer service and care.

Seeing results

I have been using my LightStim for a couple of weeks now and I’m loving sitting relaxing of a night on the couch doing nothing but my face. I’m being very thorough so takes me around an hour. I’m starting to see results especially on my neck. Can’t wait to see what happens in the future. Thanks for my samples. They are all beautiful products.

Unbelievable results!

I have only been using LightStim for 3 weeks but I can notice quite a subsatantial difference already. My whole face is less puffy, skin seems brighter & wrinkles have definitely softened.

I have been using this device 5 times a week. Takes about half an hour to do my entire face & neck but it is so relaxing after work I find it pleasant.
