Happy Birthday card - error
Hi, i was very disappointed with the card.
The font was writing in different language and your printing doesn’t support it. Words turned out with all the squares.
It’s surprised that i didn’t receive any calls from Glo telling about printing error.
I had to buy a new card to replace.
The birthday wrap was damaged too.
I had to wrap the present by new paper.

Firstly, we apologise that our team didn't notice the printing didn't come through, but we don't generally read the card details. We haven't tested our systems in using other languages, but if you can let us know which language you attempted to use, we can investigate if this is something we might be able todo, thank you for that feedback. As for the wrapping, our apologies and we can only assume this might have torn in transit as out team take great pride in wrapping gifts and hope it would have left us in great condition. We will provide a refund for the card and wrapping and apologise you had to organise these yourself.
