I have this and the clear led light one and I love them both! Me and hubby both use it and have seen great results in our skin in literally a week! I put it on almost every night. Really helped with my dry face especially after a herbal peel.
They don’t accept the return as the outside of the box plastic sleeve is ripped.
But actually I’m wondering how you will try the product if you don’t open it.
Otherwise why should I return the product if it’s totally unboxed.
Poor customer service . The return policy is so strict. You need to read the small letters first.

Omnilux devices are classified as therapeutic goods, and because of their nature, our return guidelines are set with strict hygiene and resale standards. Once the outer plastic seal is broken — even if the internal packaging is untouched — we are no longer able to guarantee the item is in original, resalable condition. These policies are defined by Omnilux and are not something we’re able to override.
That said, your question is completely valid, in that, how can someone try the product without opening it? Have only just started it but liking so far. It's easily portable but tricky to see with the lights on so definitely easier to read or Netflix, not cook dinner!
