Moving back to Australia from the UK, I was finding my skin more dehydrated but also more oily - gotta love the sticky heat in Brisbane! Tried several moisturisers, but they all seemed to sting around my mouth esp upper lip as I sweat a lot (sorry). This is the only one I have found that has never stung, does not make my mature-but-breakout-prone skin break out, and leaves it feeling more hydrated. So yes it does what it says on the tin! The only thing that could make it better is if it contained SPF, but then that might causes stinging, so am happy to do without.
