Bad pump
I have been using this product for a long time but the new pump on the bottle never works which makes it hard ti use.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with the new pump packaging. That’s definitely frustrating, especially when it makes application more difficult.
With airless pump packaging, sometimes the mechanism just needs to be activated. You can try:
Pumping firmly 10–15 times to help prime it
Gently tapping the base of the bottle on your palm
Storing it upright to allow the product to settle toward the pump
