Hello dermalogica lovers!

I wanted to share with you in these unprecedented times what we are doing to keep you, our team and our partners safe so we can all continue to enjoy our healthiest skin possible.


Delivery timeframes update

Firstly we are continuing to ship orders and are currently still able to dispatch your order with our same day dispatch guarantee.

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delays across their network as they adjust to social distancing in their sorting and delivery facilities. This together with significant volume increases and cancellation of most flights across the country means there will be extended delays to your orders.

Our Tips:

  • Order earlier than you would normally to allow an extra few days to arrive so you don't run out.
  • If it's urgent, select express delivery - it will be faster than standard even if it does take longer than would be normal.
  • We are seeing significant delays especially in regional, remote and Western Australia in particular - please be patient and allow almost double the normal timeframes.


Delivering to you safely

Australia Post is committed to delivering parcels for all Australians, safely.

  • Contactless delivery means you won't be asked to sign for your parcel and it will be left instead of handing to you.
  • Post offices are also using contactless collections.
  • Social distancing at all sorting and delivery facilities together with post offices across the country.
  • Parcel lockers are available for 24/7 contactless collection across the country.

The safety of you, our team and our partners are our first priority. Our team is working in two shifts across the day and from home where appropriate

  • Two deep cleans of our offices and warehouse daily
  • Visitors have been restricted in our offices and warehouses
  • All hands are sanitised on entry and exit of our offices and warehouses
  •  Our supplier deliveries are now made contactless
  • We shrink-wrap your order so you can be confident your dermalogica is safe in transit.
