How to Use
Following the application of PreCleanse, lightly lather in hands and apply to damp face and throat morning and evening, massaging with light, upward strokes for at least 30 seconds, avoiding the eye area. Reduce to one use per day if any sensitivity develops. Follow with Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF50 when used in the morning.

I've only been using this product for about 2weeks so far but already noticing a difference - my skin is usually dull but it's looking more refreshed and has a bit of a glow. It has a smooth and creamy texture and I was using it day and night initially but did find it felt drying, although I'm sure not everyone would, so reduced it to once every one to two days. Just before that time of the month I'll always get a few pimples but this is the first time ever that I didn't get any!!!

For anyone new to this type of cleanser, we recommend starting by mixing it with a small amount of water to dilute the strength slightly. Use it just 2–3 times per week initially, then build up as your skin adjusts. It's also important to avoid combining it with other exfoliating products or actives (like retinol or vitamin C) in the same routine during the introductory phase.
